Job Description: Maintenance Production Controller

This role requires planning and coordinating maintenance events, providing task sequencing, material and tooling management, forecasting, estimating, and analytical reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure facility readiness to enable successful resource utilisation, provide technical assessment of tasks, and support internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate resource allocation and prioritise maintenance tasks
  • Analyse aircraft work packages and coordinate component or tooling movements
  • Prepare and distribute reports, focusing on analysis and continuous improvement activities
