Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic Service Technician to provide expert technical support and maintenance services to dental equipment across New South Wales, Australia. You will work closely with our Sales team and Technical Support Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting through our PDA system and follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair dental equipment in accordance with established procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional technical service and support to both internal and external customers, promoting preventative maintenance services where possible.
  • Schedule and attend service calls, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting through our PDA system, highlighting any areas for improvement or potential risks.
Key Requirements
  • A willingness to obtain an electrical license (full or restricted).
  • A radiation safety license preferred (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • A relevant degree or certificate and experience in a similar role, preferably in electronics/electrical work.
  • A valid driver's license and unrestricted working rights.
  • The ability to work physically and comfortably in a hands-on role.
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
