Job Title: Field Service Technician

Role Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our field service team in NSW, where you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced dental equipment.

You will work with customers across metro and regional NSW, providing high-quality customer service and technical support. As a full-time Service Technician, you'll enjoy a stable and consistent work schedule with opportunities for regional travel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation and Maintenance: Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair a wide range of dental equipment on-site and in-house.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients.
  3. Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance.
  4. Service Reporting: Accurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system.
  5. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards.
  6. Work Environment: Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks.
Requirements
  • Certificate or Qualification: Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair.
  • Licenses: Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – advantageous but not essential, Radiation Safety Licence – advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
  • Driver's Licence: Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Physical Demands: Willingness to work in a role that is physically demanding.
