Lead Roster Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement rostering strategies ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage a team of roster coordinators, providing guidance and support for their professional development
  • Design reports to identify staffing needs and optimize workforce management
  • Liaise with Operations and HR teams to provide expert advice on workforce planning and priorities

Requirements

  • Hold or obtain necessary certifications, including DHS WWCC, RRHAN-EC, and NPC
  • Proven success in a rostering role, with experience in negotiation, innovation, and problem-solving
  • High level of attention to detail, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a management position is advantageous, but not required
