About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to shape the future of digital transformation in the not-for-profit sector.

As a Strategic Lead for Digital Futures, you will drive strategy and operations of our new Digital Futures Initiative.

This cross-sector collective aims to empower the NFP sector to support communities to thrive through leading use of digital technology by 2035.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the Digital Futures strategy and roadmap, establishing governance and operational structures, managing pilot initiatives, and building partnerships across sectors.

The role requires a versatile, growth-oriented, and highly motivated individual who is passionate about social justice, digital transformation, and personal growth.

You will need experience in delivering sector-based programs at scale in complex environments, strong strategic planning and execution skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and senior management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Digital Futures strategy and roadmap.
