User Experience Expert

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences. This role involves leading the design of products that meet the needs of our members, driving engagement, and delivering business outcomes.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of customer behavior, as well as experience with product strategy, research, and prototyping. You should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute high-impact features that drive member retention and satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has end-to-end product design experience, with a proven track record of designing products that meet customer needs and deliver business results.
- Is proficient in design thinking, with a focus on creating member-centric experiences that drive emotional connection and loyalty.
- Has expertise in rapid prototyping and iteration, with the ability to translate insights into actionable designs.
- Has experience maintaining and evolving scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across multiple products.
