Senior UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team.

This role is pivotal in representing the UX capability across the organisation, leading planning facilitation and collaboration efforts while applying a broad spectrum of UX methodologies.

  • Design solutions based on customer needs through insight-led design.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows with users.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects and foster a high standard of design capability.
  • Contribute to maintaining evolving and enhancing our design system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective working relationships, engagement and delivery.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior UX design role with experience across both web and mobile.
  • A strong portfolio of UX/Design work with expert facilitation skills.
  • Skilled in UX research design and execution methodologies, including user testing, interviews, surveys and focus groups.
  • A proven ability to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving analytical aptitude and ability to manage competing issues under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks and experience with various Agile tools and systems.
  • Decision-making ability using a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication presentation and time management skills.
