Expert User Experience Developer

We're seeking a seasoned full-stack professional to lead the development of cutting-edge user experiences in our AI-powered healthcare products. This individual will be responsible for crafting world-class interfaces that delight users.
- Owning and shipping feature sets across frontend and backend APIs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer success, to turn ideas into tangible value for customers.
- Developing and owning full-stack features from concept to launch, working closely with engineering and product management to build and deploy features.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality through thorough testing, monitoring performance, and creating comprehensive release plans.
- Cultivating relationships with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and growth.
- Strong full-stack capabilities, with experience in TypeScript, React, Python, or similar technologies, as well as REST/GraphQL design and domain-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Cloud proficiency, including containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and security best practices.
- A product mindset, with a focus on solving real problems for users and measuring impact.
- Experience working closely with designers, a keen eye for detail, and a strong sense of UX.
