- You're an expert in procurement planning, negotiation, and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a critical part in procurement planning and management in the Opal Next Generation project.
- Lead and manage a talented team of procurement staff, developing capabilities and performance to deliver procurement activities within identified procurement policies, processes, and procedures.
- Work in a matrix environment undertaking business needs assessment, supply market analysis, and commercial risk assessments, formulating recommendations and providing advice to inform procurement planning and sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive supplier performance management plans in conjunction with cross-functional teams.
