About the Role
Ventia is currently seeking a highly motivated and articulate individual to assist with day-to-day operations of our Defence Base Services (DBS) Integrity team. As a Senior Contract Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support and ownership of various functions, playing a vital role in our contract.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday at our Parramatta office. We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new vendors into SAP by reviewing documents and ensuring the vendor meets Ventia requirements.
- Completing deep data analysis and audits of vendor claims and reporting to team lead.
- Reviewing and updating Subcontractor SOR's for Planned and Reactive Maintenance services.
- Conducting system training for external stakeholders and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders in the Subcontractor portal.
About You
- You must be an Australian citizen.
- A background in accounts payable, procurement, or finance will be highly regarded.
- SAP experience & MS Office particularly using MS Power Automate or MS Forms is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
