As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the SMSF administration space. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has a strong background in managing teams and delivering high-quality results.

  • Manage the setup and registration of SMSFs
  • Develop and implement workflow plans to ensure compliance and reporting obligations are met
  • Review and analyze annual and interim SMSF accounts and reports
  • Engage with key stakeholders including ATO, ASIC, and auditors
  • Continuously review and update internal processes and procedures as required
  • Provide training and mentoring to team members
  • Educate clients on their compliance obligations
  • Liaise with advisers to deliver the SMSF administration service
  • Stay up-to-date with technical and regulatory developments related to superannuation and SMSFs

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in an accounting practice or SMSF administration firm
  • Registered tax agent with a strong understanding of SMSF technical knowledge
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Practical knowledge of Class software is a plus
  • Excellent client service, written, and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
