Community Program Manager

This senior management position is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop programs that enhance the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities in the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead program development, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Program planning and management, stakeholder engagement, and staff leadership to enhance the effectiveness of services and achieve desired outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, community services, psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the social services sector. Experience working with government contracts highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources, reporting requirements, and evaluate program success.
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, build partnerships, and foster a positive work environment.
