Synopsis- We are seeking a skilled professional to establish and manage a community program for families experiencing cumulative harm.

As a Parents as Partners Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a scalable mentoring program that supports vulnerable families.
You will work closely with community organisations and stakeholders to ensure the program's success.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and manage the community program
- Recruit, support, and mentor parent partners
- Collaborate with community organisations and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a community services area or relevant experience
- Coaching or workplace change qualifications or substantial experience in providing structured follow-on support
- Ability to provide feedback without bias or judgement
- Understanding of cultural safety and empathy for diverse backgrounds
