A leading training provider is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the delivery of Bachelor of Community Services programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing academic staffing matters, ensuring a student-centric experience, and developing curriculum that meets industry standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver courses, assess students, and mentor teaching staff.
- Ensure programs meet quality outcomes, maintain accreditation standards, and comply with academic policies.
- Manage daily operations, including timetabling and resource allocation.
- Conduct performance appraisals, participate in program reviews, and prepare reports for academic committees.
- A PhD degree in social work or a related welfare discipline, with years of industry experience.
- Proven leadership experience, excellent program administration skills, and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with education policies, procedures, and standards, and experience in maintaining academic quality.
- $1,500 professional development allowance.
