We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow key customer relationships across the APAC region. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise or large customer accounts, with excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

The Customer Success Manager role is responsible for managing the full post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring renewals, driving adoption, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. As a trusted advisor and escalation point, you will gather customer feedback to support product improvement and collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, finance, and support.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to manage enterprise or large customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on customer success and business growth
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Additional requirements include:

  • Familiarity with the automotive or fleet industry is a plus
  • Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
