Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow new and existing accounts within the enterprise sector.
- Engage with C-level executives, business leaders to identify and secure Digital Workplace opportunities.
- Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base.
- Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring over 50% of new business is self-sourced through proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business transformation.
To be successful in this role:
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales and account management, selling hardware, software solutions and professional services
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with both business and technical decision-makers in customer organisations.
- Strong sales skills & methodology, including business justification, negotiation, and closing
