Job Summary

This laboratory technician role is integral to supporting the winemaking process through accurate and timely laboratory analyses.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine laboratory tests, calibrate and maintain lab equipment, record and report analytical results accurately, and use laboratory equipment for narrow range variables.
  • Work under close supervision, autonomy for specific tasks, and responsibility for own outputs in a team environment.
  • Calibrate, operate laboratory equipment, maintain laboratory hygiene, and follow quality protocols.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of chemistry and maths principles.
  • The ability to work shifts and weekends, perform a range of tasks with limited options, assess and record information, and work as part of a team promoting cooperation and good relations.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple laboratory areas and shift schedules.
What You'll Need To Apply

  1. SACE stage 2 or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
  2. Demonstrated experience working in a laboratory environment.
