About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Stormwater Partnerships Coordinator. This is a casual position working two days a week for a six-month duration, based at our Docklands head office.

As a key member of our Service Partnerships team, you will be responsible for establishing and leading collaborative projects with partners to improve stormwater management across Greater Melbourne.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating significant projects on time, within budget, and in collaboration with multiple external partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people within Melbourne Water, external organisations, and the general public.
  • Well-organised and outcomes-focused with skills in planning, priority setting, and time management.
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and understanding of stormwater management, water sensitive cities, integrated water management, or natural resource management.
  • Ability to think creatively, work under pressure, and recognise and respond to sensitive issues.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, autonomy, resilience, adaptability, and leadership.
