Operational HR Generalist Role

This is a broad and challenging operational HR generalist position with a strong focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, advising on employment contracts and payroll matters, and supporting leaders with investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of recruitment, from initial job postings to successful placements
  • Advise and provide guidance on employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Support senior leaders with complex investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation

The role requires regular travel to regional sites, with one site requiring day trips every few weeks and another involving occasional overnight stays. After probation, you'll have access to one day of remote work per week.

  • You're confident in handling complex situations, comfortable working in manufacturing settings, and not afraid to get hands-on

  • Experience in investigations, coaching leaders, and applying policy is essential for success in this role
