As a seasoned Human Resource Business Support Specialist, you will be the go-to contact for various HR queries and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support on HR generalist areas from an operational and transactional level.
  • Respond to employee, management, and applicant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate HR-related administration tasks.
  • Operational and transactional support on HR generalist areas.
  • Report and analyze data using Workday.
  • Ensure accurate data reflection in Workday based on business unit changes.
  • Offer confidential advice on a broad range of HR matters.
  • Assist with employee induction and development actions.
  • Other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or human resources environment.
  • Proven understanding of the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Proficient user of MS Office packages including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all staff levels.
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a dynamic team.
  • Highly detailed with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organized individual with ability to plan and prioritize.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Previous experience on Workday HR system advantageous.
