Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the full on-boarding and off-boarding of employees across multiple entities;
  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files;
  • Coordinating training and development requirements and programs;
  • Assisting with the deployment of HR programs and initiatives;
  • Providing backup for payroll;
  • Promoting a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years' experience in a HR Generalist role or equivalent;
  • Demonstrating a strong knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and best practice;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders;
  • Problem-solving and time management skills, including the ability to manage conflicting priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to be clear and concise in demanding situations;
  • Ability to travel as required, with a current license.
