We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to lead our Premium Guest Host Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role offers the ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their leadership skills and take charge of a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing outstanding service, managing teams effectively, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
  • Training and coaching staff with performance feedback to drive results
  • Overseeing daily operations across the Premium Gaming venue, including reporting and escalating incidents where necessary
  • RSA & RCG Management
  • Conflict resolution and performance management of employees and guests
  • Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
