Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to lead our centre's day-to-day operations, inspire and motivate their team, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the centre's leadership team, driving growth and development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in children's services or equivalent qualification
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position
