Job Title: Chief of Operations Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Chief of Operations Support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of senior executives, including scheduling meetings, attending and following up on meetings, preparing reports and documents, organizing corporate travel and events, and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and present meeting materials
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years experience in an executive assistant or operations support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
