Event Experience Coordinator Role Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of events and meetings, exceeding guest expectations by providing exceptional service. As a team member, you will embody the standards that guide our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of event spaces, oversee beverage services, and present appetizers to guests.

  • Understand guest requirements and deliver outstanding service throughout each interaction.
  • Lead the event team with support from the event manager in operational tasks.
