About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, user-centric features that redefine how people connect and build relationships.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision and direction of our product team, working closely with engineering, design, and data to drive business outcomes that matter most to our users and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of end-to-end product bets at scale, with a focus on seamless and human-first experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, experiment fast, and ship with confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to articulate vision and priorities, driving clarity and momentum in product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including engineering, design, and data teams.

Requirements:

  • 10-15+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in Staff or Principal roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate vision and priorities.
  • A builder's mindset, with a scrappy and action-biased approach to driving results.
