Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and genuine interactions with staff, visitors, and contractors to create a positive and memorable experience
  • Proactively connect with employees to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns, and utilize technology tools to effectively support employee requests and tickets
  • Organize and coordinate meeting room bookings, ensure their preparedness, and brainstorm, plan, and execute events to activate spaces, encourage networking, and boost engagement
  • Provide coverage at the Reception desk as required, perform regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and functionality, and maintain a visible presence among employees to foster an environment that encourages open conversation
  • Actively identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and streamline processes, and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and/or Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS), particularly Helpdesk Systems
