Job Title: Corporate Account Director

We are seeking a seasoned corporate account director to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for managing complex client relationships across multiple states, coordinating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering seamless end-to-end solutions for corporate clients.

You will thrive in this role if you have established relationships in the broker market, excel at stakeholder management, and are skilled at identifying promising prospects and converting them through your technical expertise and relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full client journey - Take charge of the entire policy lifecycle for corporate accounts, from initial underwriting through to renewals and adjustments.
  • Lead integrated client solutions - Leverage our Risk Solutions function to provide comprehensive protection strategies that address clients' unique challenges.
  • Build influential relationships - Work closely with Regional Managers, Client & Broker Engagement teams, and Risk Solution specialists to develop holistic approaches.
  • Drive strategic growth - Develop and execute targeted business development plans to identify and convert new corporate opportunities while maximising renewal retention.
Requirements:
  • Have established relationships in the broker market, particularly in our core sectors.
  • Excel at stakeholder management across different organisation levels, teams and functions.
  • Are skilled at identifying promising prospects and converting them through your technical expertise and relationship skills.
  • Are skilled at coordinating risk surveys and implementing risk requirements.
  • Are comfortable balancing client needs with strong underwriting principles.
