Digital Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software tester to support key initiatives within our Tax Debt team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, suggesting improvements and enhancing the overall quality of digital products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough software testing by creating and executing functional and non-functional tests at various levels
- Identify defects and collaborate with the team to resolve issues and improve system development quality
- Provide guidance and support in implementing quality assurance recommendations to stakeholders
- Maintain and develop systems and processes, including writing automation tests and reviewing release scripts across environments
- Proficiency in writing test scripts and executing them successfully
- Experience in supporting test plans, test summaries and status reports
- Able to identify and create data in various formats
- Hands-on experience in User Interface and API Testing
- A growth mindset to learn new technologies and QA practices
- Experience in JIRA and confluence
- Experience in SQL and database related testing
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, TDD, XP etc
