As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the quality of our digital projects. This involves planning and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure seamless deployment and launch.

The role also involves delivering detailed documentation that captures the needs and requirements of specific functionalities and projects. Your expertise will be vital in finalizing transition and failback plans based on test outcomes and contributing to implementation reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Finalize transition and failback plans based on test outcomes and contribute to implementation reports.
  • Collaborate with the development team on proof of concept testing.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of system integrations, functionalities, and user interfaces.
  • Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage test data, reporting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Develop and share test completion reports and knowledge documents for training.
  • Support automation testers and assist with training and coaching of UAT testers.
  • Liaise across all levels of the organization and contribute to project reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of communication and testing practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies
  • Experience with test management and defect management tools
  • Minimum 7+ years of testing experience
  • Experience testing cloud-based applications and digital transformation projects
  • Experience with Salesforce applications
