Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker at our Alice Springs branch. As a Personal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in-branch and over the phone to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive sales through referrals to our specialists in home loans and business banking, as well as generating new leads across various banking products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Stay up-to-date with banking products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Previous banking experience is ideal, but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a high-performer energy and a unique ability to gauge and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Superior communication skills and experience in a customer-facing/sales environment.
- Resilience, tenacity, and an ability to flex in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs with an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working with numbers and adept at navigating multiple systems.
