Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Officer to join our team at Catholic Education Western Australia. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and students, ensuring the smooth operation of our college.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the college staff and students
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Support the college's Catholic ethos in the performance of duties

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Current National Police History Check
