About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as an OSHC Service Coordinator. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading your own OSHC service and supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools
  • Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, positive relationships. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. A completed or current ACECQA recognised qualification, including but not limited to, studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services, is also required.
