We are seeking a motivated individual who can help our customers overcome non-vocational barriers such as education, employment, housing, health and inclusion. You will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges
  • Diligently coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planning
  • Finding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalf
  • Referring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counselling
  • Providing additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employment

You will also be responsible for documenting customer information and progress accurately within our systems.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated and inclusive approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to demonstrate strong administration skills and IT literacy, including data entry, Word, Excel and Outlook.
