Job Support Specialist

As a Job Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build better working lives. You will work one-on-one with clients to provide tailored support for a sustainable career.
- You will encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Reverse market clients to employers;
- Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
We are seeking candidates with experience in customer service or a client-facing role, ideally demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges, and a current driver's license.
