**Job Description**:
Welcome new associates to our organization by orientating them to Larson's culture and job expectations, serving as a trusted trainer and coach; while also advocating the benefits of being a part of a great team through demonstrating strong communication skills, promoting safety, and working collaboratively with others.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Demonstrate safe behaviors through work tasks and processes, serving as a positive role model through modeling desirable behaviors
- Key leader in promoting safety first
- Encourage and support new associates development
- Help new associates become familiar with company resources
- Maintain and coordinate the needed training for new associates in assigned areas
- Work with Supervisor and Training Specialist to facilitate learning experiences (OJT)
- Willingness to adhere to all Training Programs, Policies and Procedures
- Attend on-going trainings when needed or requested to do so
- When needed, circumstances may arise where training multiple new associates at once may occur
- Other duties as assigned
