We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead our team in driving strategic transformation and process improvement.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with other Team Leads and National Payroll Managers to streamline payroll processes across multiple entities.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll services.
  • Collaborate on strategic payroll initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Champion change management and process improvement across the payroll function.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations to ensure compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.
