As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation and leading change management initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with other senior leaders and the national payroll manager to streamline payroll processes and enhance systems.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing payroll team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders and the national payroll manager on strategic payroll initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
- Champion process improvement and drive innovation across the payroll function, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements, and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll issues, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and integrations, working collaboratively with IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, promoting a culture of partnership and cooperation.
