Strategic Payroll Leader

This role is focused on delivering high-quality payroll services, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all aspects of payroll management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll function, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure continuous improvement across payroll operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and administering payroll in a medium to large organization
- Providing strong customer service, communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships
- Demonstrating experience in HR/Payroll system administration and reporting, with strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and payroll systems
The ideal candidate will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources or a related discipline
- Extensive experience in payroll management, with a strong focus on compliance and governance
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to guide, mentor and support team members
