Job Description

The role of Senior Business Development Manager for Power Generation at Access Hire presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to spearhead our business growth in the power generation sector. Reporting directly to the Management Team, you will be responsible for building market share and developing new business opportunities within this key segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk up our generator and lighting tower hire business by establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow revenue and expand our product offerings in the power generation sector.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with a minimum 5 years of senior sales experience in the construction or industrial sector, preferably with experience in selling generators and lighting towers. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, will enable you to drive results-oriented strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets.
