Job Title: Fleet Management Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Management Partner to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and ensuring the optimal condition of our fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition for rental
  • Manage inventory and perform inspections for pre-delivery and post-return processes
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely vehicle reconditioning
  • Administer Autofleet to track vehicle status and ensure accurate billing
  • Lead the End Of Lease process for used vehicles, including review, assessment, and reconditioning coordination
  • Collaborate with Finance and FPS billing teams to ensure accurate client billing
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients to optimize fleet efficiency
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and developing strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Advanced English language skills (written and oral)
  • Agile and responsive with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to satisfaction
