P& C HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced P&C HR Business Partner to make a real impact in our Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the ER/IR Expert: Tackle complex issues, guide investigations, and ensure compliance with Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Empower Leaders: Coach managers to confidently lead their teams and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
  • Drive Engagement: Champion initiatives that strengthen inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement across the organization.
  • Lead Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to optimise resources, develop talent, and retain top performers.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Implement impactful change programs and collaborate on key P&C projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years of HR expertise, with a strong focus on ER/IR in a multi-site, unionised workforce.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to handle complex employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
  • The ability to coach, influence, and inspire leaders to achieve their best.
  • A passion for creating a high-performing, inclusive workplace.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, or related disciplines (highly desirable).
