As a key member of the Governance and Executive team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the governing and monitoring function of the Board. Your expertise in governance matters will be invaluable in advising on key governance obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional digital literacy skills, strong professional ethics, and high-level confidentiality. They will also have experience in previous governance or company secretarial roles and be well-versed in governance best practices.
In this dynamic role, you will manage at least one direct report and collaborate closely with various teams, including the Board Nominations Committee, Board Support Officer, and People & Capability Team. You will support recruitment, induction, and succession planning processes, ensuring seamless transitions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
