Government Advisory Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Government Advisor to join our team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with Partners to deliver high-profile work and contribute to the development of litigation strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Finalize litigation strategies and statements of issues
  • Conduct directions hearings and case conferences
  • Manage substantive hearings
  • Solicit advocacy at hearings
  • Undertake complex statutory interpretation
