Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Registrar to join our team at a leading provider of private healthcare in Australia.

The successful candidate will work alongside several orthopaedic surgeons, gaining exposure to various subspecialties and managing patients on the ward and assisting at orthopaedic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing surgical assistant skills in the operating theatre
  • Reviewing patients in the Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit under supervision
  • Reviewing inpatients pre- and post-operatively
  • Participating in Orthopaedic Department meetings and clinical teaching opportunities

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 12 months experience in specialty
  • Recent experience working in Australia
