Job Opportunity

A Northern NSW hospital is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon to fill a registrar position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage 28 surgical beds with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
  • Work varied shifts, including on-call duties, with support from colleagues and daily theatre attendances by visiting VMO surgeons.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient patient care, including reviewing patients in ED and preparing them for operations.

Requirements:

  • Registration as a medical practitioner in Australia.
  • Specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
