About the Job

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading the electrical team, ensuring all maintenance works are completed safely and efficiently. This role involves managing day-to-day activities, providing leadership and mentoring to the team, and developing training and development plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on safety and productivity. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervisory experience, along with strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the electrical team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution of tasks
  • Develop and implement safe work procedures and systems to minimize risks and maximize efficiency
  • Maintain relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure timely access to critical parts and equipment
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and address areas for improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A recognized Australian electrical trade qualification and WA electrical license
  • Statutory 26 supervisor certificate and high voltage switching qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols
  • SAP knowledge and instrumentation experience would be highly regarded
