Electrical Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in delivering safe and efficient maintenance works at one of Australia's largest gold mining operations. This pivotal role requires a strong background in electrical supervision, with experience in managing day-to-day activities of the electrical team.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and oversee the execution of electrical maintenance works, ensuring compliance with established safe work procedures and systems.
- Foster sound working relationships with service providers to guarantee ready access to critical parts, equipment, and services.
- Provide ongoing leadership and mentorship for the Electrical team through effective use of Performance Management Systems.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.
About You- A recognised Electrical trade qualification & WA Electrical License.
- A 26 Supervisor Certificate.
- High Voltage Switching qualifications and experience.
