As a Home Loan Pricing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing customer-obsessed home buying solutions that enable our customers to achieve their goals while having the most sophisticated risk and reward settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development of pricing models and build robust processes to leverage proprietary data and provide insightful analytics.
- Help identify and lead pricing initiatives, supported by strong collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Contribute to the team's focus on developing insights and analytics, providing pricing tool support, and enhancing reporting, governance, and project management.
- Ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives to support decision making, and effectively communicating complex material in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
We are seeking a driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic individual with minimum 3 years of financial services experience in a high-performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Risk, or Finance. Home Buying Product/Pricing experience within a Finance or equivalent discipline will be highly regarded.
- Proven delivery and execution experience, good interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and professional judgement.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your skills and experience in a pricing role. You will work closely with multiple teams to build knowledge and connections in various areas.
