This highly regarded Australian consumer services brand, with over 2.5 million customers, has undertaken a major organisational transformation to deliver a better customer experience and value proposition whilst growing bottom-line profitability. As part of this transformation there is now a need to hire a senior pricing professional.
The position of the Manager, Pricing will be responsible for identifying, developing and modelling pricing options that will continually optimise the organisation's portfolio of products. A key aspect of the role will be developing pricing options for bundles and packages and to test and learn various pricing options and solutions that are aligned to the business's customer value proposition across different segments.
To be considered you will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and possess 5+ years' experience in a pricing or similar role with a consumer led services business from recognised 'best of breed' brands either in telecommunications, banking, insurance, media, etc. You will be be able to demonstrate your experience in modelling pricing options to determine customer and business impact.
It is essential that you are a strong stakeholder manager who thrives in change, and can lead and influence it. It would be desirable if you have had previous exposure to product management/development and bundling with a strategic customer and customer value focus. To be successful, you will be highly energetic, motivated, and an excellent communicator.
